Community Growth Lead

A company is looking for a Community Lead to build and scale an ecosystem focused on AI-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design the community system for member onboarding, learning, and engagement

Run programs such as cohorts, workshops, and events to enhance community vibrancy

Manage the Council by sourcing and activating senior operators to drive engagement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in building or scaling professional or creator communities

Experience in growing B2B or operator-focused networks

Ability to translate member insights into measurable programs

Strong project management skills with a focus on strategy and execution

Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or startup ecosystems is a plus
