About the position
How many neonatologists are currently on staff? - 2
122 shifts per year (about 10-11 per month)
- Level III NICU – 16 beds in addition they have UC Davis Telemedicine
- Average daily census is 9
- Schedule is 10 days on / 20 days off (typically starting on the 21st of each month)
- Ability to take call from home
- EMR – Cerner

- Academic affiliation – 26 family medicine residents that rotate through the NICU during their residency
Compensation and benefits :
$400,000 base salary guarantee ( Is this an independent contractor position or employed?) Employed
Opportunity for extra shifts over 122 per year paid at $3000 / extra shiftProductivity - if wRVU production is higher than salary, RVUs over salary will be paid out annually
