Penn Care is currently seeking an experienced sales rep to represent us in our West Virginia and Maryland territory. The Sales Rep will represent the companies Medical Supply Sales Division. Travel will be required to the West Virginia and / or Maryland area every 4 to 6 weeks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with cold-calling, presentations, lengthy sales cycles, working with multiple decision makers and relationship building. This position may require overnight travel.

What Does a Sales Representative Do?

  • Represent Penn Care’s product lines to current and potential customers, specifically focusing on the Fire / EMS products.
  • Work closely with clients to form long term relationships.
  • Works to meet or exceed sales quotas, prospects to new and existing accounts for new business.
  • Manages accounts; answering questions about products, prices, availability, credit terms, resolving problems and provides ongoing support.
  • Continue to pursue new business while maintaining superior customer service within existing accounts.
  • The right candidate will have :

  • 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Medical-related sales experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Must have long term sales cycle experience.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to your audience.
  • Must be detail oriented with decision making ability.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to multi-task.
