We’re seeking a driven and experienced Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead our Hayward branch. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations, staffing, and financial performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve sales and service goals
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and clients
- Monitor inventory, operations, and ensure safety compliance
- Resolve operational and customer issues with a hands-on approach
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction materials, logistics, and field operations
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive results
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Business insight and experience with branch-level financials
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
