Patient Care Technician - Float Pool

Schedule : 12-Hour Day Shift, 6 : 30 am to 7 : 00 pm, 3 Shifts Per Week

Hospital : Ascension Saint Thomas

Location : Nashville, TN

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
• Aid with movement and placement of patients.
• Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
• Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
• Document necessary records.
• Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.

Requirements

Additional Preferences

Preferred 12-18 months of direct care experience as a Patient Care Technician in a hospital setting.
