California Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population through outbound calls and enrollment

Educate patients on the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program

Maintain confidentiality and protect company values while communicating with patients

Required Qualifications

0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB / ExCPT License preferred

National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required

Commitment to obtain required licensure if not currently held

Experience in customer service or outbound calling is advantageous
