About the Position
- The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods for assigned facilities.
Responsibilities
Ensure inventory levels and accuracy levels are established and maintained to align with working capital and production targets for facility.Supervise hourly warehouse employees on a daily basisDevelop, implement and improve on processes and procedures focusing on inventory and warehousing activities.Create, track, ensure completion and accuracy of weekly inventory cycle counts.Facilitate and serve as team lead on plant physical inventoriesPrepares progress reports and updates for management, as requested.Drive continuous improvement activities.Other duties as assignedQualifications
Be a U.S. Person;High School Diploma or equivalent required;Associate's degree in supply chain or business preferred;At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferred;At least 3 years' experience in related Supply Chain role, preferred;Experience working with an ERP system is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word);Possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to collect, evaluate, and analyze dataPerks of being an EaglePicher Employee
