Family Friend : Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class youre the reason they love KidStrong! Class Commander : Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here! Family Connector : Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together. Master of all : Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for. Passion for Kids : Non-negotiable. You must love working with children. Coaching Background : Experience with kids aged 1 - 11 years old. If youve coached a herd of cats, youre overqualified and also why did you do that? Communication Whiz : Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah. Energetic & Fun : Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
