Responsibilities :

• Enthusiastically support and contribute to manufacturing program and tools
• Support the development of manufacturing processes; design, modify and test methods and equipment requirements
• Process improvements : Conducts evaluations, suggests designs and spearheads development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment
• Mitigate waste : maximize efficiency and minimize waste
• Lean Six sigma understanding : Implement lean processes, conduct time studies, identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Review, Update and Write detailed process work instructions and standard work.
• Prepare 3D models and data for drawing change requests to customers.
• Preparing First Article Inspection reports (FAIs) for new parts process changes
• Updating Capability monitoring data and maintaining databases in Solumina and Net Inspect.
• Preparing OEE spreadsheets and presentations for Cell performance monitoring and improvement
