Location : North Memorial Health – Maple Grove Clinic | Maple Grove, MN
Schedule : Day Shift | Rotating Hours (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, 10 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM, 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM) | 32-hour guarantee | Every 4th Weekend
Assignment Duration : 13 weeks | Start Date : Oct 20, 2025
North Memorial Health is seeking an experienced Outpatient Pharmacist to join the Maple Grove Clinic team. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge, outpatient / retail experience, and EPIC Willow proficiency to provide patient-focused care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical pharmacy functions, including patient monitoring and consultation.
- Review medication orders for dosing, interactions, frequency, and allergies.
- Oversee dispensing of medications and IV solutions by pharmacy technicians.
- Conduct kinetic drug dosing and medication reconciliation.
- Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe, effective patient care.
- Support organizational goals through assigned pharmacy duties.
