Supply Chain Manager Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is a global organization within Amazon that designs, builds, deploys, and maintains mission-critical infrastructure supporting Amazon's operations network and partnering with suppliers worldwide to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of products and services at scale. We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to own the development and implementation of data-driven supplier performance solutions. In this role, you'll design and execute programs that transform our supplier performance management approach, leveraging analytics to drive measurable improvements across our global supply chain network.

Key job responsibilities :

• Design and execute supplier performance programs, including metrics frameworks and analytics-driven improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain performance measurement systems that enable data-driven decision making
• Develop technical requirements for analytics tools and dashboards that enhance supply chain visibility
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement performance controls and standardized metrics
• Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain documentation for performance measurement methodologies and processes
• Drive process improvements through quantitative analysis and systematic problem solving

The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
