Job Title : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Responsibilities :

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes in health status to the nursing team.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Assist with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

CPR and First Aid certification is required.
