Job descriptionWork in a Labor & Delivery unit within a critical access hospital setting Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 00 Weekend shifts required as needed Patient ratios range from 1 : 1 to 1 : 3 No call or floating between units required for this assignment Epic EMR is used and Epic experience is required Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler Travelers must not reside within 50 miles of the facility All travelers may be required to float between facilities within the state if needed Minimal or no requested time off (RTO) permitted; all requests must be outlined prior to offer Any color scrubs may be worn Active WA or compact RN license required at time of application Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required References from at least 2 supervisors covering 1 year within the last 3 years in a comparable setting SSN and Date of Birth are required for consideration High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
