Marine Systems Mechanical Technician

Bayliss Boatworks is currently hiring from all industries to join us in our mission to build the best custom sportfishing yachts in the world. We’re seeking experienced, motivated Marine Systems Mechanical Technician to join our mechanical department and support both new construction and service yard operations.

This role involves hands-on work with a wide range of critical onboard systems, demanding precision, mechanical expertise, and a strong commitment to craftsmanship.

Note : This position does not involve troubleshooting or working on diesel engines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and service a variety of marine systems including :

Hydraulic and electronic steering systems

150-ton Marine Travelift
