A company is looking for a Program Administrator, Infrastructure Solutions who will support project management and sales order management.
Key Responsibilities
Set up project management systems and ensure data accuracy with manufacturing progress
Support the Program Manager in preparing project reports and tracking financial KPIs
Coordinate project meetings and manage project records for effective communication and planning
Required Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or project management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Proficient in ERP and / or CRM systems; knowledge of Smartsheet and PowerBI is a bonus
Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work effectively with others
