Summerland Yacht Sales is a premier yacht dealership and brokerage on the St. Lawrence River. We provide full-service support for our clients including new boat sales, brokerage, dock-to-dock service, winter storage, and exclusive owner events. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Marine T echnician to join our team.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Marine Technician who is confident working with small teams, takes pride in owning their own projects, and is willing to expand their knowledge. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with premium brands like Cobalt, Pursuit, and Comitti, while servicing Yamaha, Mercury, and Volvo Penta power systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain inboard, outboard, and sterndrive engines
• Take ownership of service projects from start to finish
• Provide guidance and mentorship to future junior technicians
• Perform dock-to-dock service calls and customer support
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain clear service documentation and client communication
