Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience / training)Certification

3–5 years of related clinical applications experience or equivalent combination of education / trainingHands-on experience with scheduling, referrals, and self-scheduling (open and direct scheduling) workflow buildExperience supporting Ambulatory Orders workflows in integrated scheduling / referralsExperience designing decision trees, workflows, and conversion validationStrong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsResponsibilities
Configure, support, and optimize Epic Cadence scheduling workflowsServe as the primary analyst for Cadence, Referrals, and self-scheduling projectsSupport referral management and patient self-scheduling workflows (open and direct scheduling)Collaborate with cross-functional Epic teams to resolve integration issues (especially Ambulatory Orders)Analyze, test, and validate Epic upgrades and new releases for operational impactPartner with operational leaders to design scalable workflow improvements in patient accessProvide user support, workflow documentation, and training across professional and technical levelsAbout Us Power Personnel has been working with healthcare professionals like you since 1994.
