Ohio Licensed Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Operations to lead a remote pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coaching to team leads and their direct reports

Monitor team performance through KPIs, productivity metrics, and quality audits

Collaborate with other department leaders to enhance efficiency and support continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED required

Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)

2+ years of people leadership experience in a high-volume or remote setting preferred

Experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare, or similar regulated environment

Must be 18+ years of age and employed in good standing for at least 6 months
