• 24-hour call with in-house hours 8am - 5pm including lunch break
• Current patient load of 5, ramping up to 10 - 18 patients plus admits
• Rehabilitation and critical care hospital setting
• ICU coverage 100% adult patients
• Procedures include vent management and pulmonary consultations
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
