Summary Objective
The purpose of this position is to direct community health service programs and projects of a major division.
This class works independently, under limited supervision, reporting major activities through periodic meetings.

Do you have a Master's Degree in Public Health, Community Health, Health Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, or related disciple?

Do you have Three (3) years of community or public health experience, nursing, primary care, social services, health inequities, or clinical supervisory experience, including one year of managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience?
