HRIS Manager

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager - Talent (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts, fostering a collaborative environment

Oversee the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM across key talent areas

Act as a liaison between business units to ensure alignment of HRIS solutions with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree

5-7 years of HR systems experience supporting HR and Total Rewards

5+ years of Workday experience

2+ years of experience managing a team of HRIS professionals
