Learning Design Specialist

to join a fast-paced Sales Training team supporting a cutting-edge Urologic Cancer franchise.

This hybrid role blends

instructional design, program coordination, and project leadership perfect for someone who thrives on creativity

and

execution.

What Youll Do :

Build interactive eLearning modules using

Articulate 360

or similar tools

Apply

ADDIE

methodology to design blended learning experiences

Partner with SMEs and clinical experts to shape strategic content

Manage training logistics, OR scheduling, cohort coordination, and communication

Support national sales meetings and new hire training initiatives

Use feedback and data to continuously enhance learner impact

What You Bring :

3+ years of instructional design experience (healthcare / pharma / medical device preferred)

Strong skills in Articulate, LMS platforms & Microsoft Teams / SharePoint

Excellent project management and communication abilities

Deep understanding of adult learning theory and learning experience design

Location :

Marlborough, MA (Onsite 3 days weekly

local candidates only)

Pay Range : $42

$48 / hr
