Location : Onsite - 9800 W Sample Rd Coral Springs, FL 33065

Primary Responsibilities :

• Greeting patients, scheduling all appointments
• Balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel
• Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business office supplies and the completion of business office reports
• Works daily reports, incomplete encounters, No Show reports, and other designated administrative reports according to office procedures
• Intake and Registration of Patients
• Phone and task support role for providers
• Allscripts of PM New Patient Registration
• Patient Portal Management
• Performs other duties as assigned

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
