Optigy is currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Post-Acute Care opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO. This position will start as Locums with the goal of converting to a Permanent role.

This role places you in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), supported by a larger network covering over 700 facilities across Colorado. Physicians experience a full spectrum of pathology and maintain the ability to shape their work/life balance.

Ideal Candidate:

• BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Experience in Geriatrics, Senior Care, or Post-Acute settings preferred

• Comfortable collaborating with and supervising APPs
