Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in underground telecommunications and / or utility infrastructure construction.
• Experience with construction project management in Data Center environment.
• Experience overseeing General Contractor & external vendors.
• Practical construction knowledge with a proven ability to coordinate field activities.
• Proficiency in project documentation, quality assurance, and construction reporting.
• Strong skills in cost tracking, scheduling, and problem-solving.

Job Description

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Construction Manager with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in underground telecommunications and / or utility infrastructure construction to join our team as an Owner's Representative on a large-scale infrastructure project. In this critical role, the Construction Manager will serve as the key liaison between the project owner and contractors, ensuring that work is executed to the highest standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to proactively manage field-level project activities.
