Contract Duration : 12 weeks

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1910 - $1960

Hours per Week : 36 hours (guaranteed 24 hours / week)

Shift : 12-hour day shifts (7a - 7p); four shifts per bi-weekly pay period; every 3rd weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holiday rotation

On-Call : No call required

ER Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Wisconsin or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced emergency department

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department

Perform triage, assessment, and treatment for a variety of acute and emergent medical conditions

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care, assessments, and interventions

Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations as required
