WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Plan and implement projects less than $25kEstablish project budgets for servicesObtain and manage building information including Certificates of InsurancePlan requested delivery dates and order sequencing for Order EntryReview acknowledgement dates and assist with discrepanciesPresence onsite with GC and other trades by attending Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetingsVerify jobsite conditions, dimensions & site readinessSchedule labor & install resourcesReview installation drawings and field packetMonitor installation work and project scheduleReport on installation and / or delivery progressManage change ordersOversee punch list process to ensure 100% completion of the projectDrive timely invoicing to meet forecast projectionsProvide all close out documents at project completionEvaluate and assess result of projectWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE :
2 years of proven work experience in project management or project management supportBachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or an industry related fieldKnowledge of commercial furniture solutions would be an assetExperience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), and an enthusiasm for learning new software programsExcellent communication skills : Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, writes clearly and informativelyDemonstrate high-level analytical thinking expertise : thoughtful analysis and problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, and leadership competencies, execute tasks efficiently and calmly, lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines, conflict resolutionExceptional interpersonal skills : collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, internal team members and vendor partners to manage expectations and ensure a positive client experienceStrong organizational skills and the ability to remember the details of each project and scope of workPhysical Requirements : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pounds.
