Job description
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for the National After-Hours Team with IA and MO licenses.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic medical care and support to residents and facility staff after-hours
Coordinate care using a telephonic platform between facilities, hospitals, and clinics
Perform comprehensive assessments and document encounters in compliance with CMS requirements
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
Current unrestricted NP license in Missouri and Iowa; additional licenses preferred
Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP
3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Ability to obtain DEA licensure / Prescriptive Authority
