Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 15 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Facility : Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Backfill 1156565 - Need 11 / 17 start - Assignment for 16-32 weeks T RN for Resource Pool, Float, M / S Tele : A minimum of every other weekend and / or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. M / S Tele is expected to work ED HOLD patients as well. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas / Christmas Eve, and New Years Day / Eve. Requirements :

• A minimum of 1 year experience
• AHA BLS required, CMSRN preferred
• NIHSS will be required prior to starting
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
• NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates / offers Additional Information :

• No block schedules for any reason
• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 12 / 01
