About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to establish and scale Sully.ai’s cross-organizational delivery engine. This role will own project governance across multiple agents, define sprint cadence, implement CI / CD workflows, and ensure seamless communication between technical and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring startup-tested TPM experience and the ability to build processes from scratch while keeping execution fast and outcomes measurable.

Key Responsibilities

Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai’s agents and teams.

Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution.

Implement and optimize CI / CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases.

Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication.

Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.

Hard Requirements

7+ years in technical project / program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups.

Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning).

Hands-on experience with CI / CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Working knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases and scripting in Python / Bash.

Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

Experience designing delivery playbooks in high-growth SaaS or AI environments.

Background in healthcare technology or integrations.

Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).

First-Month Focus

Audit current project workflows and delivery bottlenecks across teams.

Define sprint cadence and reporting structure for all active projects.

Stand up initial CI / CD improvements to shorten release cycles.

Success OKRs (90 Days)

Establish a repeatable delivery framework adopted across all technical projects.

Reduce deployment cycle time by 30% through CI / CD optimization.

Launch a cross-functional reporting process ensuring 100% stakeholder alignment.
