Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults requiring kidney care Dialysis Volume : Approx. 70 patients (50 hemodialysis, 20 peritoneal dialysis) Case Mix : Chronic kidney disease, dialysis management, inpatient nephrology consultations ICU : 17-bed open ICU with 24 / 7 eICU support and hospitalist coverage Dialysis Center : Local 20-chair dialysis center ICU Coverage : 24 / 7 hospitalist and eICU support Equipment : CRRT available Support Staff Available : 1 Physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APRs) Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : TBD Salary : Competitive base salary plus production bonus Bonuses : Commencement bonus Relocation : Assistance provided Loan Repayment : Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Insurance : Professional Liability Insurance Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance Retirement Plan : Included Paid Time Off (PTO) : Included Continuing Medical Education (CME) : Allowance included Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patient management Inpatient nephrology consultation ICU kidney support including CRRT management Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Nephrology Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced nephrologists Other Qualifications : Strong interest in comprehensive nephrology care Excellent collaboration and patient communication skills Provide outpatient and inpatient nephrology services Oversee dialysis care for HD and PD patients Collaborate with APRNs and hospital teams Participate in call rotation (1 : 3) Contribute to program development and patient-centered care initiatives
