Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.
Position Summary : Materials Aide, Full-time 40 Hours per Week, Days 7 am to 3 : 30 pm Methuen Provides backup support in various staffing situations for all areas of Materials Management : including Purchasing, Distribution, Receiving, Special Equipment, and Print Shop. Responsible for ordering and distribution of supplies, materials and equipment. Performs set up, adjustment, maintenance, and inventory all special equipment. Works with primary distributor on a daily basis to assure appropriate flow of all inventory products. Works with departments to facilitate requests for products or services. Operates and maintains all print room equipment.
Job Description :
- Prepares, reproduces and maintains supplies of commonly used printed materials and forms.
- Assures that purchase orders are completed accurately including information on pricing, delivery dates, terms and shipping arrangements.
- Sets up returns and repairs for equipment and material in Meditech system. Enter requisitions and receives stock accurately in the Meditech system
- Works with purchasing to maintain appropriate supply and inventory levels, while minimizing stock outs to departments and maintain maximum turns.
- Fills and deliver par levels on a daily basis with accuracy.
- Delivers orders and acquires proper signatures on delivery documents.
- Rotates stock and check for outdates and damaged goods daily.
- Maintains area in a clean and neat manner and assures that shelves and areas are properly marked.
- Receives all incoming materials and verifies quantity packaging.
- Processes and maintains all in house printing and copying.
- Prepares, reproduces, and maintains supplies of all commonly used printed materials and forms.
- Operates, maintains and keeps appropriate records on equipment.
- Set ups and adjusts all types of traction equipment and special appliances on physicians' orders.
- Fills and delivers orders to departments.
Minimum Qualifications :
