Local Mobile Phlebotomist

About the Job :

V.I.P Labs is searching for a Mobile Phlebotomist throughout the Illinois Area. The Mobile Phlebotomist is experienced in working independently to provide blood collection services, as directed by clinical laboratory customers, for patients within a designated geographic region.

Position : Mobile Phlebotomist (Local).

Duties include but are not limited to :

• The Mobile Phlebotomist drives from location to location and ensures arrival at a pre-determined location at a pre-set time for blood collection.
• The Mobile Phlebotomist will perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages in a safe, accurate, and professional manner, and transport collected specimens to the appropriate drop-off location. That may include but is not limited to : a local hospital, and / or an independent lab Patient Service Center.
• The Mobile Phlebotomist uses a PERSONAL VEHICLE to travel to patients’ homes and specimen drop-off locations.
