Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Desk Patrol in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and tenants, helping to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and responding promptly to inquiries or security-related incidents. By maintaining a visible presence at the front desk, you will help to deter unwanted activity and provide exceptional customer service, assisting with directions and information as needed. You will work as part of a supportive team that values integrity, reliability, and innovation, all while putting people first. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
