Manager, Talent Acquisition
The Manager, Talent Acquisition is a strategic recruitment leader responsible for elevating Alameda Health System's hiring outcomes through elite, high-touch healthcare recruitment. This role drives full-cycle recruitment excellence across all levels of healthcare searches and recruitment operations, with an emphasis on white-glove candidate and hiring leader experience, employer branding and outreach, recruiter performance management, and continuous innovation in process design. The Manager will champion best-in-class sourcing strategies, implement modern and high-impact recruitment practices, and foster a culture of accountability rooted in measurable results. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of launching successful and hard-to-fill searches, demonstrated percentage improvements to key recruitment metrics, and expertise in using data and performance insights to drive decision-making, process improvement, and team performance. They will build and maintain strong partnerships with leaders at all levels while amplifying AHS's employer brand across healthcare talent markets and professional communities. This is a hybrid / remote position with an expectation of onsite presence at our Oakland office three days a week.

Pay Range : $76.92 - $91.34 / Hour
The pay range for this position reflects the base pay scale for the role at Alameda Health System. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and the operational needs of the organization. Alameda Health System also offers eligible positions a generous comprehensive benefits program. Please note : Salary offers generally fall below the maximum of the range to ensure alignment with internal equity and compensation guidelines.
