How You'll Work
- Location : Onsite 20900 E 36th Dr, Aurora, CO 80011
- Schedule : MondayFriday (9 : 30 AM 6 : 30 PM)
- Reports To : Manager Warehouse
- Compensation : This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary / hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position : $20.00-25.00 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

About the Role
As Lead Warehouse Coordinator, you'll support the Manager Warehouse and provide coverage during peak afternoon hours. You'll help guide teammates and contractor personnel, ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, organized, and free from damage. This role is physically demanding, requiring heavy labor, use of hand trucks, and close attention to detail. It's a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or final mile experience who is ready to step up and lead by example.
What You'll Do
Support the Manager Warehouse and provide leadership coverage in the afternoonsAssist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage-free deliveryOperate hand trucks and perform heavy labor as part of daily warehouse operationsTrain and guide teammates and oversee contractor personnel in the warehouseProcess, package, and ship orders accuratelyMaintain inventory accuracy and stock organizationInspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and completenessKeep warehouse space clean, safe, and organizedAbide by all company safety and hygiene regulationsWhat Great Looks Like

Required
High school diploma or GEDWarehouse operations experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution)Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with team membersAbility to perform heavy labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent use of hand trucksStrong organizational and time management skillsAvailability to work MondayFriday (9 : 30 AM 6 : 30 PM)Preferred
