Financial Aid & Student Accounts Counselor

We're looking for a Financial Aid & Student Accounts Counselor who is passionate about helping students and families understand their financial options for college. In this role, you'll work in a busy student service center, assisting people over the phone, by email, and in person. You'll help answer questions about financial aid, billing, loans, and school policies to support student success. The position offers a pay rate of $27 per hour.

What You'll Do :

• Help students and families understand their financial aid, student bills, loans, and payment options
• Solve problems related to student accounts and financial aid, including fixing errors and helping with refunds
• Provide clear, friendly support to anyone who contacts the office-students, families, alumni, or other partners
• Work with other departments to resolve account issues and remove holds
• Make sure all work follows current rules, policies, and privacy standards
