The Opportunity : The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of specific business strategies by contributing to business development and growth through cultivating relationships with designated clients and making informed underwriting decisions to enhance the profitability of the portfolio. Key responsibilities involve generating new business, retaining renewals, and ensuring the overall profitability of a specific designated book of business within our Specialty insurance vertical.

• Location : New York City, NY; 28 Liberty Street, 26th Floor, New York NY 10005
• Work Arrangement : This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
• The salary range for this role is between $124,000-$186,000.

Compensation Package : The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate's professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
