UCF Health Clinic Lake Nona is looking for an experienced Certified Medical Assistant in Dermatology. TheMedical Assistant's role is essential during the patient visit : rooming and greeting the patient, obtaining appropriate intake information, giving a report to the dermatology provider on the patient, accompanying the dermatology provider in the room with the patient, and scribing the information from the dermatology provider about the visit. The Medical Assistant also prepares for procedures and assistance, as necessary.
Clinic Hours Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm No evenings or weekends.
eCW (eClinical Works) and ModMed (Dermatology software) experience a plus!
Education
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant. (1) two-year college degree or (2) completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
