What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.

Help to deter unauthorized activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, consistent with the needs of a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach, supporting a secure and professional atmosphere.

Communicate clearly with team members and site contacts to report and document any unusual activities or incidents as required by Allied Universal protocols.

Assist with controlling access to restricted areas, verifying credentials as needed for employees, contractors, and visitors in a high-profile technology and telecommunications location.

Remain aware of site conditions and report maintenance or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.

Minimum Requirements :

At least two years of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
