About the role :

Salary range : $200k - $235k

Location : New York City (Hybrid)

Kalepa is looking for a technically-focused Principal Product Manager with 7+ years of experience to be a leader within our Product team. We are a VC-backed, remote-friendly startup delivering software to transform and disrupt commercial insurance. Our HQ is located in New York City.

You will be expected to set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of Kalepa's core underwriting product : working closely with engineers, designers, and other technical resources to deliver on Kalepa's product vision and unlock value for users. You will focus on adding oversight and rigor to our product and engineering processes, as well as driving forward strategic enterprise integrations. You will be expected to define and own the long-term roadmap, mentor other product managers, and contribute to Kalepa's culture and commercial success.
