Role at a glance
- Install, service, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment with minimal supervision.
- Follow safety procedures; maintain excellent housekeeping.
- Use electrical test equipment to diagnose circuits and controls.
- Size and install conduit, wire, breakers, fuses, starters, and motors to NEC standards.
- Troubleshoot AC / DC motors and drives; interpret and work with ladder logic and PLC operations.
- Perform PMs and close work orders in CMMS.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and technical bulletins.
- Operate forklift, scissor lift, and JLG.
- Plan and prioritize tasks; respond to urgent needs with short-notice overtime.
- Occasionally operate a company vehicle (valid driver’s license required).
- Support training of entry-level team members.
Required background
Associate’s degree in Mechatronics or related field.High school diploma or GED.2+ years of relevant maintenance experience or equivalent education / experience.Core strengths
