The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the college's strategic, academic, intellectual, and administrative affairs. This includes serving as the chief academic and administrative leader, supervising all operations, and advocating for college programs and needs. The Dean will also be tasked with developing and implementing short- and long-term plans to advance the college's educational objectives, managing the college's budget, and expanding funding sources. A key aspect of the role is fostering collaborative relationships within and outside the university, as well as effectively communicating the value of a liberal arts education.

Experience in shared governance, a consultative leadership style, and a demonstrated ability to articulate the value of a liberal arts education are also essential.
