Base salary $225k-$260k depending on location & experience (to be discussed at interview)

$60k sign-on bonus

Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) -

5+ years of CRNA work experience -

Does the provider have experience with procedures in both Adult & Pediatric patients? (add to "Experience" field) -

BLS (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire) -

[REQUIRED]

ACLS, PALS, AND NRP certifications (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire) -

[REQUIRED]
