Key Responsibilities
Safely operate tanker trucks transporting bulk liquid materialsLoad and unload using hoses, pumps, and valves with strict safety protocolsConduct and document pre- and post-trip inspectionsMaintain accurate trip records, logs, and inspection reportsCommunicate professionally with dispatchers and customersAdhere to DOT, EPA, and all applicable safety and regulatory guidelinesRepresent Altom with professionalism during customer interactionsRequirements
Valid CDL Class A LicenseTanker Endorsement (N) - RequiredHazmat Endorsement (H) - Preferred (must obtain within 90 days of hire; assistance available)TWIC Card - Preferred (or must obtain after hire)Minimum 1 year of verifiable tanker driving experienceAt least 23 years of ageClean MVR and strong safety recordAble to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background checkDependable, safety-minded, and capable of working independentlyWilling to work flexible schedules, including 24 / 7 operations if neededBenefits
