What You'll Do :

  • Serve the clients of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by performing expert-level plumbing installations, services, and repairs as needed.
  • Review and communicate to client work being performed.
  • Timely and accurate documentation of all work.
  • Mentor and assist with training less experienced Technicians / apprentices
  • Assist with Cultivating team's culture

    • What You'll Bring :

  • Valid Connecticut P1 Plumber license minimum required. Position not available to apprentice plumbers
  • Min. 8 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to represent the company with professionalism
  • Ensure 100% client satisfaction
  • Clean license history

    • Compensation : $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
