We are seeking a Remote Account Experience Partner to serve as a bridge between our clients and internal operations teams. This role focuses on client satisfaction, proactive communication, and ensuring every customer receives timely, efficient, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with a professional and positive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and service departments to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Monitor account performance and provide clients with progress reports and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve service efficiency and client outcomes.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelors degree preferred (business, communications, or related field).Prior experience in account management, customer relations, or client success.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Teams, and online communication tools.Schedule & Compensation
