Job description

Job Opportunity : Patient Care Support

Performs receptionist, registration, and clerical duties to support patient care with a strong focus on customer service.

Greet patients and visitors, answer and route calls, and provide clear, friendly assistance

Schedule and reschedule appointments using the electronic scheduling system

Register patients and verify demographic, billing, and clinical information for accuracy and completeness

Verify insurance benefits and, when needed, obtain precertification or authorization

Determine and collect point of service payments, including copays and deductibles, or refer to financial counseling

Maintain timely, accurate documentation and protect patient privacy

Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow and reduce delays

Applicant requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable using computers with accurate data entry

Clear, professional communication in person and by phone

Reliable attendance and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
