Company Overview

ConcertAI is building the future of precision medicine. We use advanced artificial intelligence and real-world data to transform how healthcare and life sciences generate evidence, make decisions, and improve patient outcomes-starting in oncology and rapidly expanding across therapeutic areas. Our teams partner with the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, providers, and research organizations to solve some of healthcare's most complex challenges.

At the core of our innovation is CaraAI, our next-generation AI platform that unlocks powerful insights from complex clinical, imaging, and molecular data. Combined with our Precision Suite-which unifies real-world data, advanced analytics, and scalable evidence generation-these solutions are transforming how clinical development, regulatory, and commercialization decisions are made.

ConcertAI brings together a portfolio of purpose-built solutions, including TeraRecon, an industry leader in advanced imaging and AI-driven visualization, and CancerLinQ, the ASCO-originated oncology platform advancing care quality and large-scale discovery.

Joining ConcertAI means working alongside bold thinkers, builders, and healthcare experts on innovative, high-impact products that directly improve patient lives. You'll be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven organization at the forefront of AI-enabled healthcare, with meaningful opportunities for growth and leadership.

Role Summary

The Clinical Liaison / Clinical Site Educator is a field-based, oncology-trained clinical professional responsible for supporting CancerLinQ (CLQ) participating sites in the adoption and effective use of CLQ's software and analytics to improve cancer care delivery. This role serves as a trusted clinical partner to oncology practices, helping identify gaps in care, align to evolving standards of care (SOC), and optimize real-world clinical workflows using data-driven insights.

This position is indication-focused, representing cancer clinical best practices and standards of care for solid tumors-not any specific pharmaceutical product. The Clinical Liaison acts as a clinical advocate for the CLQ program and software suite, supporting all participating CLQ sites within an assigned region.

Responsibilities

Clinical & Educational Support

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in cancer standards of care for solid tumors, incorporating the latest clinical guidelines and real-world evidence into site education and engagement.
  • Educate oncology providers and care teams on how to leverage CLQ software and AI-enabled insights to identify care gaps, variations in care, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex clinical and data insights into actionable recommendations for providers, nurses, and site leadership.
Site Engagement & Field Support
  • Travel regionally to oncology practices and health systems participating in the CLQ program.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and quality leaders.
  • Support onboarding, ongoing education, and sustained engagement across all assigned CLQ sites.
Program Advocacy & Enablement
  • Act as a clinical ambassador for the client-sponsored CLQ initiative and the CLQ software suite.
  • Reinforce the value of data-driven, guideline-aligned care improvement in solid tumors.
  • Partner closely with internal ConcertAI / CancerLinQ teams to ensure consistent messaging, feedback loops, and program success.
Care Gap Identification & Quality Improvement
  • Use CLQ analytics to help sites identify gaps in care, unwarranted variation, and opportunities to improve outcomes and equity.
  • Support sites in operationalizing insights within existing clinical workflows.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform ongoing program refinement, product features, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Clinical background required:
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or similar licensed clinician
  • Must have prior experience on the provider side
  • Oncology experience required, with a strong preference for:
  • Direct clinical experience in solid tumors, hematological malignancies a plus
  • Prior practice in oncology care delivery settings (academic or community)
  • Strong understanding of oncology standards of care and evolving clinical guidelines
  • Experience educating or supporting clinical teams (e.g., clinical education, liaison, nurse educator, quality improvement, or similar roles)
  • Comfort working with healthcare software, analytics, and AI-enabled tools
  • Experience summarizing customer feedback on capabilities and synthesizing those insightsh into recommendations that product managers can use to improve the product roadmap.
  • Ability to travel regionally to support multiple clinical sites
  • Clinical credibility and provider-facing confidence
  • Strong educator and translator of data into clinical action
  • Relationship builder across diverse oncology stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving standards of care
  • Mission-driven mindset focused on improving cancer care delivery
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in:
  • Clinical quality improvement initiatives
  • Real-world data, outcomes research, or oncology analytics
  • Technology-enabled clinical transformation
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with multidisciplinary clinical audiences
  • Ability to operate effectively in a non-promotional, indication-focused role
