The team is applying LLMs and multimodal agents to complex real‑world problems where precision, safety, and interpretability matter.

Base pay range

$200,000.00 / yr – $260,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Focus on post‑training workflows for large models, including RLHF, reward modeling, and evaluation.
• Design and scale RL environments for LLMs.
• Build high‑quality evaluation pipelines for frontier models.
• Collaborate with domain experts to define evaluation tools and metrics.
• Craft training datasets and reward functions using LLMs and / or human feedback.
• Train large models with RLHF, DPO, or instruction tuning.
• Translate abstract requirements into concrete evaluation frameworks and agent behaviors.
